Cooling Mat in Helmet

Purpose
The mat is designed for cooling the head and heatstroke prevention. It cools in the helmet (safety helmet) for a long time, making the wearers feel pleasantly cool. Additionally, the cooling mat has a protective effect on human head due to its better resilience and compressive strength.
Features
The helmet mat is shaped like a round cake, with a diameter of 12cm, a thickness of 1.5cm, and a weight of 120g/piece. Bag material: composite aluminized PE, containing the hard gel coolant exclusively developed by our company. Under normal conditions, the mat is a gelatinous colloid with high resilience. It is resistant to shock, cannot flow or droop down, and keeps its shape. With excellent mechanical properties, it can effectively alleviate the harm of external force on the head. The content is non-toxic and harmless without irritation to skin, and it will not spill even if the bag is broken. The mat is especially suitable for such industries as firefighting, chemical defense, exploder clearing, armed police, SWAT, and etc.
Usage
The mat can be put into the net cover inside the helmet (safety helmet) for cooling after refrigeration for 4 hours in the refrigerator. The white bubble bag outside of the cooling mat is a cold insulation bag to avoid direct contact between the mat and head.
Notes
1. The content is non-toxic and non-irritating, but it cannot be taken orally.
2. If the temperature of helmet is too low, protective measures should be taken to prevent from frostbiting.
