
The core technology of cooling vest lies in phase transition cooling module (commonly known as the ice bag), such as the skin temperature of the phase transition cooling module, the cold storage capacity (that is the enthalpy), freezing temperature and time, form, toxicity and whether it is environmental friendly or not under normal conditions.
Our Company has been engaging in the R&D and manufacturing of cooling garment for sixteen years with complete independent intellectual properties. To meet the needs of this tendering, we have developed XJ - MIL 1 Type Coolant and make phase transition modules, of which the performance parameters are as follows:
1. Form. The form under normal conditions, including under freezing conditions, is sticky colloid which cannot flow, mixed with sand-like crystals.
2. The basic components of the cooling module are a mixture of inorganic compounds, which is non-toxic, non-stimulative and environmentally friendly.
3. The phase transition period of cooling modules is < 2 hours. After being frozen and charged with cold energy at the temperature of lower than 14℃ for nearly 45 minutes, the cooling module will become solid and can be put into (see Attachments).
4. The cooling module has super long cold insulation period with super large cold storage capacity. Under an environment with the temperature of 33℃, the temperature of the cooling module becomes 21.5℃ after 3 hours, 24℃ after 5 hours and 27℃ after 7 hours (see Attachments).
5. The skin temperature of the cooling module is 20~28℃, which is the most comfortable temperature for human body, with no need to worry about that it is too cold.
6. The outer package of the cooling module adopts aluminum foil + PE fabric, which is sturdy and durable.
7. The size of a single cooling module is 14×22cm, and the weight is 320g.
